Preferred Power Source Decommissions PNC Bank Data Center

Preferred Power Source decommissions the PNC Bank data center for Jones Lang LaSalle in Highland, Ohio. We decommissioned and removed a 2003, 500kw Caterpillar 3456 Diesel Generator, along with (2) 150kva Poweware 9315 UPS’s, plus (7) 20 Ton Liebert HVAC units, with four fan condensing units and the FM-200 Fire Suppression system for the data center. PPS recycled 1200 gallons of red die diesel, plus approximately 12,800lbs of lead acid batteries, 177lbs of R-22 and 351lbs of FM-200. Another successful project for Preferred Power and a win for our customer. PPS was able to handle a complete turnkey decommission process, while writing  a check back to our customer.
